We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator to join the Distribution Centre team, to ensure accurate and timely processing of all paperwork and system processes relating to the day-to-day movement of goods within the Distribution Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of very high specification and value racing car components.
  • Ensure all goods are processed through the Distribution Centre in a timely and effective manner using our inventory management system – IFS.
  • Administration duties such as booking in, location changes, credits and many more transactions.
  • Contributing to the departments KPI’s with accurate inventory processing.
  • Be fully conversant with the company inventory management system and helpdesk in all areas relating to the Distribution Centre.
  • Ensure accurate accounting and filing of paperwork.
  • Ensure that the Distribution Centre is providing the highest possible level of customer service & presentation.
  • Produce any reports required by the department management team on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Varied duties include despatch, goods in and internal picking.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have good communication skills both verbally and virtually, as well as being highly organised and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Previous experience within a similar role is desirable, as well as previous experience with IFS, although full training will be given.
