We are looking for motivated and ambitious students to join our team as part of their academic studies within our specialist Composites division in Milton Keynes.

As part of this placement, we wil be able to provide practical engineering work experience within an award winning Composites business. The variety of projects within the organisation will provide a great opportunity for you to put your theoretical knowledge to use, within a commercial environment, whilst also increasing your employability following completion of your studies. This placement offers you invaluable experience within a highly skilled Engineering and Manufacturing team and the opportunity to gain exposure to projects across a wide range of industries.

This placement will include:

• Working with our Composite Engineers to establish working practices for production support
• Assisting with the availability of all engineering information and its ongoing maintenance
• Producing internal production information
• Adhoc projects as specified by the Chief Engineer
• Assisting with the smooth day to day running of the small batch based manufacturing operation
• Help with the manufacture of one off’s and prototypes
• Professional interface with other departments
• Continuous improvement of production information
