  • Manage vehicle servicing, inspections, repairs and fleet replacement planning.
  • Maintain robust systems, records and procedures to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

  • Manage, coordinate and support a team of HGV drivers.
  • Ensure appropriate driver qualifications, training and certifications are maintained.
  • Manage driver scheduling, working hours, rest periods and deployment in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Promote a professional culture focused on safety, accountability and teamwork.

Motorsport Transport & Logistics

  • Develop comprehensive transport and logistics plans in conjunction with the relevant Race and Rally Team Managers, ensuring that transport arrangements meet the operational requirements of each programme.
  • Coordinate the movement of vehicles, trailers, race cars, equipment and team infrastructure across the international race and rally calendar.
  • Plan driver rotations, vehicle deployment and logistical support for extended events, including the Dakar Rally.
  • Liaise with team management, event organisers, freight providers, customs agents and other external partners.
  • Anticipate logistical challenges and develop contingency plans to ensure reliable delivery.

Resource & Cost Optimisation

  • Maximise fleet utilisation and optimise vehicle allocation, driver deployment and transport schedules.
  • Manage transport budgets, fuel, maintenance and third-party logistics expenditure.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and minimise unnecessary mileage and downtime.
  • Develop appropriate KPIs and reporting to monitor fleet performance, compliance and operational efficiency.

Continuous Improvement

  • Review and improve transport processes, systems and procedures.
  • Develop effective fleet tracking, maintenance management and driver compliance systems.
  • Promote high standards of health, safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Implement a training schedule for all drivers and staff to maintain compliance
