Background to the Role
Due to the continued success of the business both in established and new market places, HCI Systems are looking to recruit a Trainee Wiring Harness Technician to join the team and further assist the company in its growth plans. The trainee wiring harness technician role will be expected to build wiring harnesses on a day-to-day basis.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and proactive trainee with a genuine interest in electrical engineering, ideally with an apprenticeship or BTEC National qualification (or working towards one). You’re able to read and understand drawings and schematics, work flexibly to meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues. You follow Health, Safety and Environmental policies and contribute positively to a team environment. You approach challenges with confidence, think practically to find solutions, and adapt well to change. With a professional, collaborative attitude and a hands-on, can-do approach, you stay motivated and help create a positive working atmosphere.
