We are looking for Trainee Composite Laminators to join our busy department at Prodrive Composites in Milton Keynes.

Ongoing training will be given, and previous Composite experience is not essential although having carried out similar types of work in a factory/workshop environment previously will be advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce high quality components to required deadlines within Prodrive’s working practices
• Follow the instruction manuals
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation
• Checking finished jobs as part of quality control

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience of manual, hands-on work essential
• Must possess a positive attitude and display the ability to identify alternative solutions to problems
• Relentless in exceeding customer expectations and continually exceeding goals
• A commitment to achieving the best solutions i.e. rigorous approach to work
• Able to follow set processes and achieve defined standards to target time
• Strictly adheres to company health and safety policies
