We have an opportunity for a Senior Operations and Planning Analyst to plan capacity and work flow through build areas, ensuring that there is sufficient capacity to meet car build and sales demand and that items are produced by the required date. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of all ERP (IFS) transactions and associated activity, enabling Supply Chain and Operations to procure parts and ensure they are available to the build team when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process shop-orders, ensuring orders are managed through the booking in and out process using the company’s ERP system (IFS), Excel and company helpdesk software.
  • Ensure shop-order content is accurate for any particular job.
  • Produce shortage reports and liaise with all other stakeholders within the business regarding the supply of parts or the delivery of any orders processed internally.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure the timely supply of components.
  • Assist in expediting parts to the build areas, liaising with the purchasing department, inspection and stores as required.
  • Ensure all errors and discrepancies are investigated thoroughly and the relevant individuals are informed i.e. Supervisor and Buyer.
  • Carry out any other administrative duties as requested by the department management team.
  • Be fully conversant with the Company computer system in all areas relating to the workshops.
  • Assist project management with any project requirements.
  • Work across a range of Motorsport projects.
  • Raise orders onto the company ERP IFS system.
