As Senior HR Business Partner you will be a member of our Advanced Technology business’ leadership team and the Prodrive HR team. You will be a strategic thinker and experienced in evolving and cultivating a company culture.  You will develop, drive and implement the People Strategy, providing people focused solutions and operational leadership. This role is pivotal in nurturing a positive work environment championing employee engagement and developing a culture which embraces change, authentic leadership and a workforce ready for our future challenges and programmes.

This is an exciting time to join our team as we continue on our journey executing our focused Design, Develop, Produce strategy. This role will be a key to unlocking our success, guiding us through our change programme, coaching the leadership team through the emotional aspects of change management whilst continuing to drive an environment of continuous development where everybody understands their purpose and how they contribute to our success.

We are open to the possibility that this role could be carried out on a part-time basis for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the AT People strategy and people plans, enabling senior leaders to achieve their objectives and the organisation’s vision and goals
  • Facilitate and enable substantial change projects across Advanced Technology, with focus on ensuring alignment of organisational development with the current and future needs of the business. 
  • Drive and enable the cultural and people aspects of organisational change through effective coaching and building strong communication plans
  • Be an ambassador for employee engagement practices and champion the link between employee engagement and business performance

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience in leading the planning and delivery of change, with a clear focus on the human element of change management in accordance with our company values
  • Able to develop and maintain strong and credible working relationships built on trust with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and multiple stakeholders
  • Influencing and negotiating skills are key to the roles success to enable the effective sharing of information to support in a culture of openness and commitment
  • Strong coaching skill with facilitation and consultative techniques for effective, collaborative delivery
  • Ability to balance short-term operational delivery with medium and long-term strategic thinking and planning; able to operate in the detail whilst also taking a step back to consider the bigger picture
  • High emotional intelligence and a genuine curiosity to understand people; accurately hear and understand partly expressed or unspoken thoughts, feeling or concerns
  • Proactive, flexible and pragmatic with the ability to react appropriately and effectively, managing both self and others when encountering ambiguity and fluid situations.
