We have an exciting opportunity for a Rally Engineer to join the Rally Raid team, ensuring that the engineering of the team’s event cars is consistent with best practices, as agreed with the Chief Rally Engineer, and consistent with achieving the team’s individual event and overall technical targets with regards to performance & reliability. This role requires international travel to test and rally events within the World Rally Raid Championship.

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Mechanical or Automotive Engineering), with experience in a similar engineering role for a manufacturer team in the WRC/Rally Raid. You will ideally have experience of WRC design and development work and/or management of the WRC design process. A can-do approach and positive and flexible attitude is essential, along with a commitment to achieving the best solutions for our team.
