Our current portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, including novel suspension systems for military application, innovative aircraft seating systems, a ‘last mile’ 18 tonne electric delivery truck and the design and delivery of a new hydraulic control system for a hypercar.

We are now looking for an experienced CMM Inspector to join our expanding team in Banbury, working on a variety of exciting new projects, making every day different.

Key responsibilities:

  • Dimensional inspection of sensitive and safety critical components to Prodrive and other customer drawings and specifications.
  • Program online with parts and offline using 3D Cad models and run/coordinate measuring machine (CMM) running PCDMIS software.
  • High level understanding of GD&T standards and engineering drawing requirements.
  • Clear and concise CMM report generating skills.
  • Ability to overcheck results using standard measuring equipment.
  • Able to communicate at engineering level.

You:

You’ll have a positive attitude and be confident with on & offline CMM programming with a minimum of 3 years’ experience programming in Hexagon PC-DMIS software up to version 2021CAD++. You will also have an extensive understanding of engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing. It would be ideal if you are able to operate Romer/Faro inspection arm, but this is not essential, however having a passion for engineering is.
