We are looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to support the Programme Management team with the successful delivery of multiple, complex engineering projects. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of various plans and activities, driving delivery and progress across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Programme Managers with the delivery of multiple, cross functional programmes

• Support with creating project plans in line with company guidelines and processes, ensuring clear deliverables, work breakdown structures and resources are present

• Co-ordinate and run project meetings, working across multi disciplines within the business to drive tasks to resolution

• Maintain project documentation including version control, QA and relevant updates

• Assist Business Development with Programme management activities related to quotation preparation

• Contribute new ideas to drive efficiency in the project management process

You:

• Relevant experience in project coordination role and team player

• Knowledge of industry standard project delivery processes and with a proven record of delivery, from concept and innovation stage, through into production

• Experience of relevant project management systems is advantageous

• Self-starter who is able to work with minimum of supervision and can identify issues at an early stage

• Excellent communication skills
