This is an exciting newly created role for a dynamic, results driven Commerical Manager at our Composites divison in Milton Keynes.

 You will be responsible for 

  • Accountability for the delivery of all Composite projects including cost, on time delivery and quality of service.
  • Ensuring products are delivered in line with commercial targets
  • To undertake negotiations covering financial objectives and technical requirements
  •  Liaise with customers regarding project schedules, requirements and ensure the effective implementation of project changes
  •  Partnering with the Business Development function, ensure robust estimates and costs are aligned to the project scope and programme plans are feasible, profitable and make allowances for potential risks and opportunities

 Our ideal candidate;

Will be commercially astute, ideally with an Engineering or Science Degree or qualification,  as well as demonstrable experience within a project management environment (preferably within the automotive sector).

We need someone who has solid commercial and financial acumen, coupled with a proven record of successfully handling major client accounts and sales. We are looking for someone with excellent leadership qualities, who has the ability to inspire and motivate their team and to maintain Prodrive’s position as the UK’s largest manufacturer of high quality composite components.
