We are looking for a Programme Manager to have total project/programme responsibility from bid stage, through to engineering delivery into production and programme close out. You will be responsible for the overall programme delivery including managing budgets, timing and milestones in adherence to the Prodrive programme gateway process. Accountable for the financial success of your projects, you will require a strong commercial focus and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders across all levels.

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will have proven and relevant experience in delivering complex, varied and fast paced engineering programmes and technical projects into niche or low volume production. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build credible and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and harness excellent negotiation and conflict management skills to drive problem resolution. With a high commercial focus and acumen, you will be a strong leader with experience in successfully managing clients both technically and commercially, and be confident with MS Project and risk management techniques.
