We have capability in the whole manufacturing process from design and tooling, right through to volume production. Our customers range from the manufacturers of the world’s best supercars to creators of bespoke projects.

We are looking for an experienced Pattern and Mould Technician to join us in our Milton Keynes site to support our team in manufacturing a range of moulds and patterns to company and customer specification. If you have previous experience of working with carbon fibre (ideally within the automotive or motorsport industry), are able to read engineering drawings and lay up manuals and are confident in using a wide range of techniques to produce products using carbon fibre tooling – we would love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:

  • To create/finish patterns to an exceptional standard
  • Repair/modify existing patterns & moulds
  • Blocking up patterns as per requirements
  • Create jigs and fixtures by hand
  • Assist Cell leaders and engineers with any tooling or material matters
  • Ensure on time delivery of finished components
  • Ensure quality of patterns and tools are to the company and customer specification
  • Assist team members with technical issues
  • Support with TPM activities
  • Escalate concerns to engineering team for review
  • Contribute to NPI process using industry knowledge and skills
  • Uphold and adhere to all Health and Safety and company specific policies
