We are looking for Parts Coordinator to co-ordinate and progress the chasing of parts orders from initial enquiry through to delivery. You will take an active role in ensuring customer service levels are achieved through communication, attention to detail and determination to satisfy requirements. This role requires international travel to attend race events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide the Aston Martin Racing customer base with a point of contact for all parts requirements and quotations
  • Support Account Managers with customer order creation and monitor and process all sales parts orders through to final delivery
  • Provide track-side parts support in the UK and EU
  • Provide customer base with ongoing information and weekly updates regarding parts on backorder
  • Liaise with purchasing/manufacturing to chase delivery of parts for sale
  • Manage the prompt and correct delivery of goods and services

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have experience within a Parts Co-ordinator role ideally within Motorsports. You will have exceptional parts knowledge as well as the ability to work as an individual or as part of a team to achieve results within a tight and challenging deadline. You will be computer literate, with a strong knowledge of Word and Excel. Availability and willingness to travel to race events is essential.
