For the last 15 years we have been the team behind the Aston Martin Racing programme in the FIA World Endurance Championship and at Le Mans. We have skilled Technicians, Mechanics, Fabricators and Engineers working together every step of the way so we can build and run these elite Race Cars.

We are looking for Parts Coordinator to co-ordination and progress chasing of parts orders from initial enquiry through to delivery. We need this person to take an active role in ensuring customer service levels are achieved through communication, attention to detail and determination to satisfy requirements.

Role and Experience

  • Provide the Aston Martin Racing customer base with a point of contact for all parts requirements and quotations
  • To set up, monitor and process all sales parts orders through to completion
  • Ensure prompt and correct delivery of customer orders
  • Provide customer base with ongoing information and weekly updates regarding parts on backorder
  • Liaise with purchasing/manufacturing to chase delivery of parts for sale
  • Set-up, processing and invoicing of projects for event support, engine mileage charges and rebuilds

Who? Our ideal candidate will have experience within a Parts Co-ordinator role ideally within Motorsports. We need someone with exceptional parts knowledge as well as the ability to work as an individual or as part of a team to achieve results within a tight and challenging deadline. You need to be computer literate, with a strong knowledge of Word and Excel.The world of Motorsport is ever changing so we need someone who is flexible, reliable, hardworking and has a real passion for what they do!
