HCI Systems, established in 2012 and now part of the Prodrive group of companies, is one of the leading providers of high-quality electrical wiring solutions. Supporting customers in various sectors from Marine, Defence, AgriTech to a core business around Motorsport & Automotive, supplying multiple high level racing series and high specification automotive style projects.
Based in Newport, Shropshire, HCI Systems Limited have grown rapidly in recent years to become leaders in vehicle electrical systems and wiring harnesses. The company has an enviable reputation based on high quality wiring harness design and manufacture for low voltage and electric vehicles as well as providing complimentary technologies such as power management systems, switch panels and bespoke electronics systems working to customer specifications.
Our world-class team has over 30 years of experience designing and manufacturing wiring looms.
Due to the continued success of the business both in established and new marketplaces, HCI Systems are looking to recruit a dynamic Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organisational skills and is confident communicating with both internal teams and customers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with experience in a manufacturing or technical setting considered a strong advantage. Highly organised and methodical, you bring excellent planning skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines with confidence. You’re an articulate communicator, both in writing and in person, and are comfortable liaising with customers as well as collaborating closely with internal teams. With proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail, you ensure accuracy and consistency across all aspects of your work. Competence with IT systems, including Microsoft Office and relevant planning tools is essential.
