Our Motorsport business comprises of Race, Rally and Road Car programmes and as our new Administrative Assistant, you will support the programme management of all three revenue streams.  You will record minutes and follow up on actions for all key programme meetings in addition to providing other administrative support to the programme leaders and wider senior management team.

The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to the changing needs of the business. Full confidentiality and discretion is required due to the nature of the meetings. There could be flexibility with hours to suit the right candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and arrange meetings (face to face and virtual) with the appropriate attendees as required.
  • Maintain and monitor recurring meetings in terms of attendees and meeting room resource.
  • Agree, create and circulate meeting agendas as defined by the meeting chair person.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes and actions are taken during the meetings and circulated to all attendees post meetings.
  • Follow up on any updates to previous actions lists to allow reporting at subsequent meetings.
  • Manage the calendars for the Senior Management Team.
  • Support other administrative tasks such as documentation creation and any formal communications requirements.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, managing the administration for multiple meetings. You will have excellent written and document presentation skills and will be proficient in Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel. An interest or understanding of motor vehicles and/or motorsport is advantageous but not essential.
