We are looking for an experienced technical leader to lead our sub assembly department. You will oversee the department which carries out build and maintenance of race car sub-assemblies in the factory, and supervise a team of Technicians to complete work to specified deadlines.

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar senior or supervisory role within Motorsport, with exemplary knowledge of gearbox and motorsport sub-assemblies. You will be highly organised and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
