We are looking for a Junior Car Build Technician to become part of a highly skilled and proficient team who have a shared passion in building some of the worlds finest race, rally, prototype and special project cars.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare GT, Off-Road, Project and Heritage vehicles to the highest standard to required timelines.
  • Assemble Aston Martin GT4 powertrain to Prodrive standards.
  • Support preparation, maintenance, and event operation of the heritage fleet, including support with international travel when required.
  • Work to tight deadlines, including extended hours when necessary.
  • Raise and resolve quality issues, reporting part defects and faults promptly.
  • Report parts requirements and assist in management of line-side consumables.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in workshop areas at all times.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have a level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline (motorsport, automotive or engineering), with demonstrable examples of previous motorsport or automotive related experience. You will be a committed team player who possesses a practical, hands-on aptitude for mechanical assembly and problem-solving. Self-motivated, driven and able to work independently, you will show a proactive approach and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A full UK valid driving licence is essential, along with a willingness and ability to travel internationally at short notice, including providing support at events.
