We are recruiting for a Technical Programme Lead to be responsible for the overall engineering delivery of project(s) in accordance with the agreed customer requirements and Prodrive business objectives from inception, through the entire project lifecycle to final customer acceptance & sign-off.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all project & technical requirements are achieved and validated with successful final customer sign-off
  • To provide leadership to the cross-functional, integrated project team (IPT) in the achievement of a successful project outcome, including the necessary issues escalation, decision-making, and requirement-deviation processes, from initial concept development through to project conclusion.
  • To ensure that design & development of the integrated engineering solution is compatible with the agreed customer requirements & Prodrive business objectives, from initial concept through verification and to final validation.
  • To support the Requirements Manager in continually monitoring & reporting the status of customer & technical requirements & associated KPI’s throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Ensures the deployment of Prodrive engineering processes & systems engineering best practice, including product architecture definition, DFMEA, DVP, CAD-BOM alignment, change management, etc.
  • To drive continuous improvement in all aspects of how we operate to create more value for our customers and increase our returns.


  • Relevant experience in a senior engineering role with proven experience of technical team leadership, engineering project delivery and management of technical projects.
  • Experience in the management of technical projects & associated project management best practice processes (preferably APMP-qualified or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills, both formal and informal
