We are looking for a GT Car Build Technician to join our growing motorsport team building a variety of GT3 and GT4 customer cars for international competition.

Key responsibilities

  • Keep to a strict build schedule to maintain timely delivery of GT3 & GT4 cars.
  • Complete each build to the high standard of safety, quality and reliability that is expected, complying with our build manuals and SSOW processes.
  • Identify areas where efficiency could be improved from a lean manufacturing perspective.
  • Problem solve and diagnose faults with minimal supervision.
  • Raise and address quality issues through the Workshop Supervisor.
  • Ensure all car documentation and sign off process is kept up to date.
  • Provide customer event support when required.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience building Race, Rally or Prototype cars within a Motorsport or Automotive background. As well as being highly organised with good interpersonal skills, you will be able to work in a high-pressure environment as part of a close-knit team. You will have knowledge of metal work fabrication, composite trimming and bonding, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
