We are seeking a Facilities Technician to support our busy in-house maintenance team. Utilising a recognised trade skill (electrics, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, or general building), the role supports all aspects of planned, reactive, and preventive maintenance to ensure the facilities, infrastructure and environment remain operational and compliant to the highest of standards.

Who are we looking for?
You will be a pragmatic technician with a wide range of skills and hands-on experience, flexible in nature and highly self-motivated. With a recognised trade background—whether in electrics, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, or general building—you will bring practical expertise supported by previous experience in maintenance or facilities roles. You take pride in delivering work to a high standard and demonstrating strong attention to detail in everything you do. You will be proficient using basic office IT equipment and can manage and coordinate contractors on small, clearly defined projects. You will be able to combine good communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
