Based at our modern, purpose-built Banbury Headquarters, the Prodrive Group now comprises of five distinct but complimentary businesses.  Our onsite activities range from designing and building world champion winning race and rally cars to delivering complex engineering solutions and specialist manufacturing programmes to the automotive, aerospace, marine and defence sectors.

As our new Facilities Coordinator you will support our in-house maintenance team with ongoing compliance and risk management processes to help ensure the upkeep of our modern and extensive facilities, infrastructure and environment to the highest standards.  You will also bring strong project management skills to support the evolution and development of our facilities to help us stay ahead of the game.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities and maintenance teams and ensure timely and cost-effective solutions
  • Manage the facilities helpdesk, ensuring requests are dealt with promptly
  • Coordinate projects, liaising with external suppliers and contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard
  • Carry out compliance monitoring and checks e.g. legionella sampling
  • Provide hands-on support with specific tasks (e.g. fire alarm testing)

Who are we looking for?

As a facilities management professional, you will have an appreciation of compliance and risk management and demonstrated a commitment to growing your career enhancing site services. You will be able to communicate at all levels (internally and externally) with a well organised and disciplined approach to process adherence. You will be highly IT and systems literate, and will be flexible and adaptable to make things happen for your customers. Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude will be essential in this role.
