We are looking for a Distribution Centre Team Leader to support the smooth running of the Distribution Centre and ensure operations are carried out as per business targets and deadliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Supervisors and Management team with day-to-day activities of the DC – ensuring picking, goods in, despatch is complete and stock accuracy is high.
  • Be the first point of call for the Operatives and Administrators for any issues, providing resolution.
  • Support the Supervisors to train and mentor all staff.
  • Identify training opportunities across all functions of the DC.
  • Ensure all goods are processed through the DC on time and in full, including pick tracker and issuing picks as per the process.
  • Despatch parts, internal picking, and regular inventory stock counts.
  • Ensure that the DC is providing the highest possible level of customer service & presentation.
  • Ensure performance accuracy is in line with the departments KPI’s.
  • Dealing with very high specification and value racing car components.
  • Produce any reports required by the department management team on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis, including: -
  • Providing support as required for all other areas within the Distribution Centre & Prodrive as a whole.
  • Carry out cycle counting for stock accuracy.
    • Adherence to any reasonable request from the management team.
    • Using forklift trucks will be required, but training will be provided to attain the relevant licence.
    • You may be asked to work additional hours on occasion, as necessary.
