As we continue to expand our global racing portfolio, we are seeking an exceptional senior leader to develop, grow and lead our circuit racing business. This is a high-profile, commercially focused leadership role responsible for securing and delivering major racing opportunities across global circuit racing platforms e.g. Hypercar and GT endurance racing, electric series, single-make series.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping our future growth, strengthening manufacturer partnerships and ensuring our racing activities deliver measurable commercial value for our partners. You will also act as a senior ambassador for the business, representing us at the highest levels of international motorsport.

Responsibilities

Driving Commercial Growth

• Lead business development activity to secure new partnerships across multiple circuit racing championships.
• Develop and execute growth strategies that expand our global circuit racing portfolio.
• Build, maintain and leverage senior-level manufacturer relationships to generate long-term programme opportunities.
• Develop compelling value propositions that clearly demonstrate how championship-level motorsport performance translates into commercial, brand and technology advantage.

Championing High Performance & Competitive Excellence

• Ensure every racing programme is built around delivering competitive success and measurable on-track results.
• Promote a performance-driven culture where engineering excellence, operational precision and winning mindset are central to programme delivery.
• Work closely with technical and sporting leadership to ensure partners benefit from industry-leading performance capability.
• Use competitive success as a key differentiator in winning and retaining partnerships.

Strategic Leadership

• Define and deliver the long-term commercial and strategic direction of the circuit racing division.
• Identify emerging market opportunities, regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure continued competitive advantage.
• Align racing programmes with client business goals including brand positioning, customer engagement and technology development.

Financial & Operational Accountability

• Own the overall financial performance and commercial success of the circuit racing division.
• Ensure programmes are delivered efficiently, profitably, sustainably and to championship-winning standards.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide leadership and direction to the Directors of our race programmes.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure racing activities are fully supported by engineering, commercial, operational and technical teams.
• Leverage relationships across our existing network and non-race programmes to identify new opportunities.
• Identify capability gaps and drive strategic investment to support long-term growth and performance leadership.

Brand & Industry Representation

• Act as a senior figurehead and brand ambassador across global motorsport.
• Represent the company with client executives, governing bodies and key partners.
