We are recruiting for a Despatch Operative to assist in our Motorsport Distribution Centre. You will be part of a fast-paced, customer facing team, ensuring the correct products and quantities are correctly packed and accurately processed ready for worldwide despatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Despatch is providing the highest possible level of customer service & presentation.
• Liaise with Sales Department, ensuring continuity.
• Highlight and resolve shipping delays with our chosen courier.
• Arrange courier collections/deliveries and ensure relevant paperwork is completed correctly.
• Ensure accurate accounting and filing of paperwork relevant to freight.
• Ensure all goods are processed through the DC in a timely and effective manner.
• Dealing with very high specification and value racing car components.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have worked in a similar despatch position previously, be highly computer literate and have an eye for detail. You will have a can-do attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
