Brand& provides bespoke branded clothing and accessory collections for prestigious brands. Through distinctive design and uncompromising production quality, we express the brand’s essence and personality across the range, with roots in motorsports as a subsidiary of Prodrive.

Due to our success working in close partnership with our clients, offering an end to end service from design and production, all the way through to sales and marketing we are searching for a Production Co-Ordinator to source and develop multiple garment/accessories products and manage projects.

Your challenge:

  • To oversee projects and deliver results in line with target prices, quality levels and delivery dates
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers ensuring best total acquisition costs
  • Place purchase orders within the agreed time frame, negotiating/agreeing all contractual issues before order placement
  • Develop suppliers to continually improve service ie costs, quality, delivery and support
  • Feedback delivery information to production/sales team and ensure best communication throughout the company
  • Liaise with testing houses regarding reporting/invoicing and certification of product elements


You must be a driven, motivated self-starter who is eager to learn in this varied role, you will have worked within clothing or accessories buying before and previous experience with merchandise would be advantageous. You will be a strong team player with an eye for detail.
