We are looking for an Apprentice IT Support Technician to provide a high level of technical support to all computer users throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• The preparation and configuration of computers to Prodrive standards, ensuring details are recorded on the IT asset register.
• The installation and relocation of computers, printers and other peripherals as required by office moves or personnel changes.
• To specify, research and recommend the purchase of computer equipment.
• Installation and configuration of software (and upgrades) on client and network devices.
• Fault finding and minor repairs to computers and printers, liaison with manufacturers where items are covered by warranty or service contracts.

You will be proactive and approachable, with the ability to work well as part of a team while managing your own workload effectively. A logical mindset and strong problem‑solving skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate clearly.
