We have an opportunity for an experienced Product Developer to join our Production team on a fixed term basis to provide maternity cover. There may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent following the end of the maternity cover. You will work closely with Head of Product to execute seasonal and bespoke product ranges for a diverse client base. This includes overseeing product development from concept through to delivery, driving innovation, and contributing to strategies that support business growth.

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Product Developer with a strong background in performance menswear and a strong technical understanding of garment construction, fabrics, fit, material and production techniques. You will have in depth knowledge of critical path management, from concept to delivery, with the ability to manage timelines and milestones effectively across the supply chain. An excellent communicator and collaborator, you will be detailed-orientated to ensure the products meet the clients’ expectations, and be able to prioritise workload with multiple concurrent projects maintaining deadlines.
