We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Apparel Product Developer to join our Production Team working on our bespoke menswear, womenswear and accessory collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the product from the initial concept through the development process to the bulk shipment stage, including AQL and all quality points to ensure that the end product is fit for purpose and meets our standards
  • Working closely with the design team, source fabrics to develop the style concept as required, considering costs/margins
  • Chase all prices at each stage of the process
  • Maintain and manage the critical path process, ensuring all details are kept up to date
  • Liaise directly with suppliers / factories
  • Build strong relationships and communication within other business departments
  • Ensure all fabrics, components and trims are compliant to the correct quality standards
  • Approve lab dips and bulk fabrics
  • Liaise with all supply bases for on-time deliveries

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent within fashion/accessories and have a background in apparel product development. You will have previous experience dealing with offshore suppliers/manufacturers and managing a critical path. You will be a strong team player whilst being able to work individually using your own initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
