We are looking for an experienced Analysis Engineer to join our expanding team to support a variety of our current portfolio which includes a diverse range of projects, including novel suspension systems for military application, innovative aircraft seating systems, a ‘last mile’ 18 tonne electric delivery truck and the design and delivery of a new hydraulic control system for a hypercar.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop suitable load cases and targets using first principles and prior experience as well as customer, legislative and internal documents
  • Work side-by-side with designers to develop optimised solutions often from a clean sheet of paper to meet and exceed requirements
  • Execution and development of test activities, including setup, testing, and reporting
  • Work in multi-discipline teams to deliver and support other specialists in the project team
  • Lead, coach and develop junior team members
  • Extend our analysis capability with your area of expertise (e.g. FEA, Thermal, CFD, MBS)

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an Analysis Engineer with previous experience working with Automotive, Aerospace, Marine and defence. You will be educated to degree level within a relevant engineering discipline and are looking to join our team and add value to live projects from day one.
