Our Brand& business has 25 years' experience in creating merchandise collections for clients across a range of sporting sectors.  We offer an end-to-end service from design, production and quality control, through to supporting sales and marketing activity and distributing collections worldwide.

Expansion into new markets has a resulted in an opportunity for an Administrator to provide support with the development and production of new non-clothing merchandising products such as model cars.

You will have good project management skills and a strong administration background, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers managing the product development lifecycle from concept stage to production to launch in market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research new business opportunities within new toy sectors and support the team in marketing new projects
  • Manage the development and database of product concepts, specifications and prototypes, conducting online research to obtain market data and customer feedback
  • Liaise with the clients and the factories, and send out information to the licensee, including liveries and CAD data
  • Implement measures and processes to collate and store data, check and approve samples with IP and Suppliers
  • Analyse data and prepare reports for the Sales, Marketing and E-Commerce teams
  • Implement processes, control and structure to approve all IP and model data
  • Create and maintain organised records and documentation of all products and specifications
  • Provide feedback to the Management team on market opportunities and developments
  • Support the Sales, Marketing and E-Commerce teams in other tasks as required

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have an understanding of project management or product development, with previous experience in an administration role. You will be process-led and highly organised, with a strong attention to detail and experience working with data. You will have strong communication skills and time management skills with the ability to deal with changing priorities, and be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office and Excel. An understanding of CAD data software and a qualification in Business or Marketing is advantageous but not essential.
