Supporting customers in various sectors from Marine, Defence, AgriTech to a core business around Motorsport & Automotive, supplying multiple high level racing series and high specification automotive style projects.
Based in Newport, Shropshire, HCI Systems Limited have grown rapidly in recent years to become leaders in vehicle electrical systems and wiring harnesses. The company has an enviable reputation based on high quality wiring harness design and manufacture for low voltage and electric vehicles as well as providing complimentary technologies such as power management systems, switch panels and bespoke electronics systems working to customer specifications.

Due to the continued success of the business both in established and new marketplaces, HCI Systems are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from the initial Request for Quotation (RFQ) stage through to delivery, ensuring timely completion, customer satisfaction, and business growth. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing client relationships.

You’re an effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills, able to collaborate seamlessly with customers and cross-functional internal teams. Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities, you can balance day-to-day demands while maintaining a clear focus on client satisfaction. Commercially aware and confident in handling quotations, pricing conversations, and customer negotiations, you take a proactive, solutions-driven approach to problem-solving. Above all, you are committed to delivering exceptional service and supporting long-term business success.
