I've been part of Prodrive for eight years having previously worked in the banking and recruitment sectors. I manage most of the recruitment across the Banbury site and am always on the lookout for talented engineers and technicians. The way our teams work with our customers means we look for well-rounded recruits as often we'll take projects right through from concept design to full production; so we look not only for great design skills but also for people who can manage the delivery of their system.
I've recently joined Prodrive as HR Advisor for our Composites manufacturing business in Milton Keynes. We have built a strong reputation for delivering high volume and high quality visual composite components working in partnership with some of the world's premium OEM's and across aerospace and marine sectors too. Quality composites technicians and engineers are scarce so it is my job to make them choose to use their skills at Prodrive because we value them and because it's a great place to work. From laminators to trimmers, painters to inspectors, production engineers to design engineers, our aim is to attract the best and keep them. We are a growing business and it is an exciting journey.
